Students at Work in Our Labs

Our labs simulate a real working pharmacy where students learn not only how to identify medications and their uses but how to prepare them in various forms. Examples of student lab work include preparation of suppositories, suspensions, small & large volume IV’s, ointment, and lozenges. In addition to classroom learning, this is great preparation for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam, the nationally recognize industry certification required to become licensed.
